Welcome

The Kentucky Community Education Association is made up of Community Education Directors from communities all over the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Community Education acknowledges that learning is dynamic and changing, occurs in many forms, and is a lifelong requirement for human development. Community Education in Kentucky encompasses the expanded utilization of school facilities, offering lifelong learning opportunities, managing volunteer programs for school districts, offering learn-and-serve opportunities, and collaborating with schools and other community organizations.
